
Here is a really healthy version of guacamole as a snack. Steam some broccoli first,then place in food processor with 1 tbsp lemon juice until mashed. Also mash avocado and add to broccoli. Add chopped tomatoes if you like. I add fresh squeezed lime juice and some garlic powder...that's it! Serve with Ryvita crisp or any pita chips...a real treat!!
