Easy Pork Chops
Just sear and braise these little chops in some olive oil and white wine with some herbs.
I use thyme, rosemary, garlic, black pepper and sea salt!
Serve with mash or roasted garlic potatoes and rapini or asparagus...so simple and elegant!
